Artist's Description
A watercolor painting of a Victorian Eclectic home built in 1894 that features ornate and elaborate woodwork. The front gable has curved bargeboards, latticework and curved wood trim in the peak. The first floor is covered in shiplap siding. Below the cornice is a wide band of patterned, wood shingle siding and more lattice framing.
The first owner of this house was Harry C Burnett. He was a general agent for the Atchison, Topeka, and Santa Fe Railroad.
Located in historic The Avenues District in Salt Lake City, Utah.
